conked out

mom was playing with posey and lifted her up to lay on the back of the couch. posey got real still and reached for her passie. the next thing we knew she was asleep!! of course, we took pictures and then i took her on up to her crib! so funny!

today was the day

i always knew in the back of my mind that someday, one day, it would happen. i knew there would be a day when i forgot to keep the bathroom door closed so that posey could not destroy the toilet paper roll. today was the day. it was surprisingly funny! as soon as i saw the damage, i ran and got my phone to take a picture. i tried not to laugh too much because she catches on too quickly when mom and dad think things are funny!

new things

Two things i found out about Posey today:

1. she loves dark chocolate (actually she turned into a chocomaniac when i gave her a taste and sobbed when the dark chocolate was no more)

2. she likes dill pickles (i thought for sure she would spit the pickle out. after all, she has rejected delicious things such as chicken fingers. nevertheless, she came back for more after her first try. )

this is the side view of her saying, "cheese!" aaron started teaching her to say it when the camera comes near. she flashes a school picture smile and says "teez"

she got silly and we played peekaboo in the dollar section of target! she's so fun!
